The Leslie-Lohman Museum of New York is a well regarded repository of art which is gay produced or gay themed or both. I've featured mainly photos from their impressive collection in the past, so today we will see some assorted art works from 1946 through 1969. We start with Jesus and Judas, an interesting colored pencil drawing by Richard Bruce Nugent from 1946.
Fascinating piece. I wouldn’t had guessed it was from 1946. Seems more modern. Ahead of his time. You find and share some amazing pieces.
ReplyDeleteI share your opinion about the piece, and thanks for the compliment.
