Bamboo
The bamboo mat is an unusual element in this picture.
Fine physique portrait of a youth. One can see why blonde boys get all the attention.:) Juleff worked as a professional photographer for Hudsons department store in Detroit. Juleff had such artistic flare, one must wonder if Juleff had ever created and designed window displays for Hudsons. A missed opportunity and a loss to Hudsons if he had not….:)
Al Urban is said to have gotten his start doing fashion photography for New York department stores. One of those store models, David Asner, suggested that he start doing male nudes.

Interesting cockshadow here. Unique pose and background, wouldn't you say? And a light oil job does not detract from the overall beauty, IMHO.
