Dunes
We can only hope this was taken in the morning before the sand got really hot.
This is one that I'd really, really like a name for, by the way.
I like the light/dark contrast except for the obscuring of his face. Do you think he might have wanted his identity hidden? And I agree with Mike...I like them intact.
Possibly. I just lightened the picture (but left the original here) to see his face better, and I think I may have other pictures of him. I'll post them later if that's so.
