Saturday's theme is kissing, and we start with two 1970 types, a longhair and a possible beatnik.
The bearded guy has one of those wide leather watch bands that seem to have been more popular among nude male models than the general population. I remember those things vaguely.
Somr nice tAn lines...and Mr Watchband is looking eager to do more.
ReplyDeleteYeah, he's ready.
DeleteThose watchbands were popular in the sixties/early seventies, along with bell bottom trousers, etc. I'll admit to having both......
ReplyDeleteI had the bellbottoms and long hair, but not the watch band.
DeleteI had both, too. Even with that watchband, I left my clothes on for photos. Maybe it was regional, but the wide leather watch bands were very popular where I was.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they've been preserved in a fashion museum somewhere?
DeleteGoogle "wide leather watchbands" and you see they are still available, if interested.
ReplyDeleteI definitely remember the ads for those watch bands. "Gladiator Watch Bands" was how they were sold.
ReplyDeleteKissing doesn't interest me,but close embracing like that is HOT!!!
ReplyDeleteTo each his own. They actually could have embraced more closely, but it might have obscured a certain ***ahem*** aspect of the image.
DeleteThe blond on the left is Scot Arden, who would later use his real name Hal Roth and found Halco/Filmco/Man's Hand, etc.
ReplyDeleteNow that you mention it, I've heard of him before.
