Boating Day

For Tuesday, we'll be examining some men and their boats, some of which are more vintage
than the men.  This was a submission from an viewer who prefers to be anonymous,
and I have to say that I find the design of the wooden boat to be quite interesting.

  1. This is an amateur shot, isn't it? The sun must have been pretty bright. The male is pretty nice.

    1. This is one of those where it's hard to tell if it's amateur. A really skilled pro might have intended it to look amateur for some reason.

  2. I presume this is an amateur shot too, but it's a delightful photo and my favourite in the series. Hard to determine when or where it was taken. The guy is really good looking and seems totally at ease. He's got great legs and, without wishing to offend, a lovely foreskin too.

    1. No offensive at all. It is one of the more notable features of the picture even I was fixated on the boat's architecture.

    2. I must admit that I was too fixated on the guy in it rather than the boat itself but it is an extremely interesting / unusual design. Like you, I'm still baffled as to who is likely to have taken this photo (amateur or professional) and when it was taken. However, it's definitely become one of my favourites.

  3. A hauntingly beautiful image. I'm guessing naturist, European? He appears totally at ease with his nudity. And yes, that a delightful foreskin in the modest classical style.

    1. I really love this photograph and thank you, 'Unknown' - "hauntingly beautiful" is the perfect description.

Thanks also to the anonymous viewer for submitting this beautiful image. Did they submit any more photos of this good looking guy or any other photographs Jerry?

    2. No more of this fellow were sent, Peter. The others were some that I already had posted.
