Crash Landings
Today we take a look at some guys from my "topsy turvy" files who look like they've crash landed.
This looks like a 1960s remake of an 1880's photo in my collection.
I'm sure most of these were done for giggles, but this one is likely a recreation of a Classical scene. I just can't figure out which one. Icarus falling after his wings melted just flashed into my mind, though. And I agree about the contrast. Very effective.
Great pose! Nice contrast here between his body and the background. Could this and the other been snapped for laughs?
