John Perreault
My source didn't have a name for this 1972 work by John Perreault.
John Perreault was the art critic for the famed Village Voice newspaper from 1966-1974. He was also a visual artist, curator, and poet, and his work has been exhibited in the Noguchi Museum in NYC.
This is a painting by Alice Neel of John Perreault. It's in the Whitney Museum.
ReplyDeleteThanks! My source just listed the subject's name, and I thought it was the artist.
