Interesting. The helmet (on his head, you pervs!:) ) Looks Brit/Aussie, but his other helmet is uncovered (as in circumcised), which points to being a Yank. Either way, I wonder how well the mask worked in the latrine.

ReplyDeleteThose helmets were used by Americans very early in World War II, and in the interwar period. The footwear looks American, fwiw.
