I really love the hazy reflection effect Jim French used in this
photo of Bill Cable, a model I can never see too much of.
The eyes, the hair and the bod, Cable was the whole package. Remember seeing him interviewed by Skip E Lowe on public access tv in L.A. back in the day, came across as a good guy :) Great series of Colt men from the stable of the great Jim French :)
the first time I saw him in the 1970s, I couldn't breathe. He had a girlfriend... and died, eventually, of injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident... I have a shot of him in his college football uniform.. his name wasn't Cable.. I'll have to look it up...
Yes, that is a superb study. Those eyes can still haunt one even in black and white.
