Mike
Jim French went nautical with this photo of Mike Morris.
You don't say "Hello, Sailor" to a Captain Morgan drinker.
Diageo, purveyors of rum to discerning gentlemen and named after the 17th century Welsh privateer of the Caribbean, Sir Henry Morgan, ran the above tongue-in-cheek and campy advertising slogan in the 1970s, featuring a matelot winking at the camera. Such are kill-joy diktats of political correctness, one cannot find it anywhere... Mind you, I don't think I would have risked it on Mike Morris even then!
I think we mentioned before that these "front and center" shots were not all that concerned with art.
ReplyDeleteTrue, a different objective was in mind.
DeleteMike Morris is right up there with Bruno as my favorite Colt models. I think I have a type.
ReplyDeleteGood taste.

I remember those commercials here in the States.
