1906?
OK, this looks more like a millrace than a waterfall, but it fits the set.
My source said this was made in the USA in 1906. Did men have buzzcuts then?

DeleteI've seen pictures from that era where men had buzz cuts or were shaven. But they were all from Europe. Eastern Europe, to be precise.
