Hawes
The staff looks like a curtain rod, and the only info
that came with the photo was "Hawes by Troy Saxon."
Yes, it's Tom. The photo here looks to have been cropped from an advertisement or catalogue page (that I have) with the caption "TOM HAWES/Two sets available/Sets: 20A - 20B". The only other photo I have of Tom has him holding the same staff and is a little bit clearer than this one.
I believe his first name is "Tom"
