Not regulation
Although I don't have an attribution for this photo or non-regulation play, I'm pretty sure it was made at the Gold Coast bar in Chicago.
They guy on the left in the leather jacket and sunglasses is Colt star Clint Lockner, real name Charles Romanski. He was an officer with LAPD in the 70s and left the department to eventually do porn.
