Mr Williams most certainly knew how to sell all his wears with a pose like that. And Bruce Bellas knew exactly what he was doing featuring him on the cover page. But then, I think we've decided that he never, ever missed a trick. Joe Williams simply makes you want to buy the magazine with such hint of promise.
