1976
I think this 1976 photo of two members of the Gay Student Union was from one of Mr. Rocco's SPREE publications. He often featured public interest events along with his own productions.
I would have been happy to date either of them in 1976.
They were ahead of their time in '76, but the world wide Anglican denomination is in turmoil today because their African affiliates are not at all sympathetic to gays.
i live in LA, but very difficult to determine where this is!
