George Dureau
This is Troy Brown Leaning on a Stand by George Dureau from 1978.
Best known for his portraits of African-American men, amputees, and little men,
Mr. Dureau hit a home run with this venture outside his usual box.
Dureau's pictures of Wally Sherwood-a little man of great stature-are moving. Especially as someone who knew Wally, I always smile at his Dureau images.-Dee Exx
