Playgirl?
I get a Playgirl vibe from this one, but I got it with no information.
Definitely Playgirl. It's Gene Burton. One of my favs. Being on a boat certainly helped. I've always found naked men on boats to be particularly thrilling; unfortunately, I'm not speaking from experience (in this lifetime, at least).
I think you're right about PG. I remember this photo spread. Oddly, the thing I remember most about this guy was his tight sack. I hope we get a name.
