Yesterday it was photographers and artists doing selfies, or in other words, using themselves as models. Today it's real models, starting with this model who worked for Anglo-Belgian sculptor Jacques Lalaing. The staff prop will show up again later today.

Actually, I moved the date up to about 1985, and yes, I have posted Belgian art before.
As you would expect from me.. Wow, thank you, Jerry. Lovely to see so many men modelling. It's one of those rugs again. Posing on a slope, is quite a feat. He's very good. How does he do it? I assume that staff fits into a hole in the slope? Wrapping himself around and using bracing with his arms, the staff position narrows the centre of gravity, making balance easier. Can't see it, but perhaps a wooden peg between the big and next toe? Fun to try...
