Serious
Mr. Cutlass looks serious here, but he should be happy to get his name right on the picture.
Yes, the lighting is much 'better' in this photo and really allows us to see Bob in all his glory. It's so good that Bob wasn't asked to shave his body hair for the photos.
Bob Cutlass doesn't appear on the competitive bodybuilding vintage sites, so that might account for his not having shaved. A lot of those guys did it to accentuate the contours of their muscles.
The lighting in this photo is "better" than in the others. You can actually see the man. And he is definitely worth seeing!
