Wally
I can't tell if Wally Schillicut is reaching out for a hug or about to grapple with somebody.
His vacant facial expression makes me think he's auditioning for a horror movie.
Much less light/dark contrast here. Is that due to age? It almost looks like one of those old sepia prints. I'd hug him, if I could be naked, too. Oh, and thanks for The Shadow, Jerry. It's always appreciated.
I'd have been more than happy to have hugged him or grappled with him. Great to see another photo of the adorable Wally Schillicut even if he's not smiling in this one.
While Wally's facial expression certainly seems blank, there's still some sense of longing, and his hands seem more ready for a hug than a grapple. On the other hand, maybe he's just doing what he was told: "Stand there, look straight ahead, and stick your arms out." In any case, he's certainly huggable.

Yes, Wally always looks good, so the underlying nature of the pose becomes moot.
