This group looks like a team, perhaps a relay entry. Two of the suits have fabric panels across the lower front that were sometimes referred to as modesty skirts. Only one of those two
seems to have had the desired effect, and it has some hamajang flaps dangling.
The first from the right has an underwear or dance belt-like garment under the onesy
