Color
This looks like: a. I should know the model, and b. a color slide.
Oh, and I should add that I think it is quite good.
I was thinking E-6 too. Home development, I used it a lot in early 80s. I think it gave a more natural flesh tone than Kodachrome. He's a stunner, and cool "mid-century" chair.
if this is Ektachrome it is well preserved. Many slides from that film lost their blues and are now rather pink. I think this picture is charming; he looks military from the limb tattoos-Dee Exx
The pose, the light the colour...wow!
ReplyDeleteBig Dude sums up my exact feelings too. Wow!
ReplyDeletePeter
I recognised the fellow, too, but can't thinkof his name either. My software doesn't suggest a name either, which is no help!
ReplyDeleteYeah, medium format half frame...
ReplyDeleteProbably Ektachrome E-6, as Kodachrome would have required KODAK (or Life Mag.,) to process.
Thanks for the interesting tech details.

DeleteKodachrome has it's uses, but the color is so saturated that it can seem lurid or garish.

ReplyDeleteI've got some of those pinkish items in my collection. Now I know why. Thanks!
