Hippies
Hippies in the 60s and 70s could often be found nude, so today we visit some.
Our first picture is from a 1972 Wet Willie contest at the Hollywood Speedway.
I'm not really a fan of hippies, and I generally avoid films and TV featuring them. But I like this series, and strangely, I want more. My feelings are likely a reflection of where I grew up. People HATED them. Those anti-hippie signs at places of business are not a myth, which I assume many of your readers already know.

ReplyDeleteI grew up in West Texas, so I know what you mean. The few who dared show up in that area were harrassed, especially by the police.
