What's he doing
Most of my Allyn Cox drawing do not reference the works they were ultimately used for.
This is one of those where I'd really like to know what the man is doing.
Could it be the artist intended to draw him carrying something, but he did not finish the drawing?
ReplyDeleteYes, Allyn Cox did this fairly often, and I think you're right about the model carrying something. It looks like it's over his shoulder.
