Odd garment
I can't quite tell what's going on here in the wardrobe department, but I like the snapshot.
I've seen quite a few WWII photos of guys "tieing up" the side of their boxers/shorts to increase tanning area. This looks similar...maybe post-war continuation.
His winning smile stands out to me.
