Bud Lanter
Based on the large number of photos he took of Bud Lanter,
I'd say this model was one of Jean Ferrero's favorites.
Bel homme Bud Lanter. Trois frères, Bud, Gerard et Robert. Contestants at Mr Apollo France and Mr Apollo Europe, Robert also competed for the title of Mr France. Popular with Ferrero as Lanter was a very willing modèle.
His models often seem to be cheerful.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to think it was the models' disposition, but Mr. Ferrero may have asked them to smile. If they were acting, they look pretty natural.

I don't think I have ever seen a photo of Bud where he wasn't cheerful and relaxed. A natural.
