Rusty Steele

This photo of Rusty Steele by Troy Saxon looks like another
instance where a curtain rod was used as a staff.

Troy Saxon

We get an alluring look from Jay Bird in this Troy Saxon magazine photo.
Something tells me that his name was made up.

Crossed Arms Day

Our theme today is crossed arms, and we start with one of two photos
in the set by Troy Saxon.  The model this time is Jimmy South.

Saxon II

We get a beautiful smile from Doug Felton in this Troy Saxon photo.

Troy Saxon Day

It's Troy Saxon day, and we start with a dour looking unknown model.

Jimmy South

I suppose the rope does have a use here, but it's Jimmy South's backside that impresses.

Don Taylor

This summary is not available. Please click here to view the post.

Donnie Kay

Muscles really show up well in this oiled version of Donnie Kay.

Wayne Burdick

The lighting is quite good in this shot of Wayne Burdick,
and he is very easy on the eyes himself.

Unknown

This model is unknown, to me anyway.

Jim Lindsey

Jim Lindsey made the index page of Pictorial magazine.

Frank Ball

Troy Saxon took this photo of Frank Ball in a lovely woodland setting.

Gale David

Sleeping beauty here is Gale David.

Rusty Steele

The last photo of the Troy Saxon series is one of his favorite models, Rusty Steele.

Troy Saxon Day

Today is Troy Saxon Day, and we start the show with a dramatically lighted photo of Jimmy South.  Mr. Saxon, whose real name was Stuart "Pinky" Rosenberg, started as a model on a spring break trip to California from the Midwest and then went on to be a photographer himself.

Tommy Pollock

Tommy Pollock was a new model when Troy Saxon published this photo.

Doug Felton

"Happy-go-lucky Midwestern boy" was how Doug Felton was described on this magazine page.

Unknown I

An unidentified model seems to be looking slightly
off to Troy Saxon's right as he took this photo.

Donnie Kay

I've only seen a few color photos by Troy Saxon, and I hope this one of Donnie Kay
is an original and not someone's colorization job after the fact.
