Unknown I
The only information I have on this model in a print posing strap
is that he was photographed by Frank Collier.
Frank Klutka
This is Frank Klutka, a Pennsylvania railway worker and bodybuilder who had a memorable
photo session with Frank Collier on the shores of Chesapeake Bay.
Tomorrow's Man
I don't have a name for the cover man on this issue of Tomorrow's Man,
but the photo is included in most collections of Frank Collier's work.

Frank Collier Day
It's been several years since I did a full series on the work of Frank Collier, an East Coast photographer who was prosecuted by the authorities in the 1950s. We begin with Ron Dzvorcin.
Sheldon "Bugs" Deal I
I'm still hoping someone out there knows how Sheldon "Bugs" Deal got his nickname. When I asked a few years ago, no one knew. He will appear again later today in a different pose.
Fred DeLuca I
Based on the number of photos of him in my collection, Fred Deluca may have been one
of Frank Collier's favorite models. He appears later in todays series in a different pose.
Frank Klutka
Frank Klutka was a champion bodybuilder who went on to a career
as a union steward for the railroad workers.
Alex Pilin
Mr. Pittsburgh 1953, Alex Pilin, appeared in an ad for Frank Collier
when his photo business was based in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Sheldon "Bugs" Deal II
This item from Butch magazine disappoints in image quality, but we still
get a fine impression of Sheldon "Bugs" Deal'simpressive physique
and posing ability. This is from the same photo shoot
as an earlier picture of Bugs in today's set.
Nick Lacausi
We get a significant fur factor in this photo of Nick Lacausi
which Frank Collier published under his DeZign marque.
