Probably Ivan

Although this came to me with no info, I think this is Ivan Prescott,
which would make the photograph most likely by J. Brian.

Bill Davidson by J. Brian

I have to be honest and confess that, overall, I'm not a big fan of J. Brian's work.  (He didn't make my recent top 12 American physique photographers.)  I also have to be honest and admit that I have come across a stunning set of photos that were apparently made by him in a single beach shoot of a model named Bill Davidson.  (Not to be confused with a Playgirl model of the same name.)  I had a stray picture from the session that I posted over two years ago which caught the attention of Calorman.  Today we'll look at ten more, and I think you'll see why I'm quite taken with them.

Push!

J. Brian may have borrowed the man pushing a rock idea, but it works.

Different

The color is different in this shot of Bill Davidson on a rock,
and I just realized that it's probably a slide.

Artistic derriere

I find something to be quite artistic about this derriere of Bill Davidson.

Relaxed

Bill seems relaxed and having fun here.

Languid

This is a variation on the pose that caught Calorman's interest way back when.
I don't know whether to call it languid or sultry.

Boards

For a moment, I thought Bill Davidson was posing with a
vintage surfboard or two, but those are just ordinary boards.

Acrobatic

Bill Davidson was not only a great model, but he could do a handstand, too.

Garment question

Swimwear or underwear?  Perhaps our resident expert Calorman
will clue us inas to just what Mr. Davidson is wearing here.

Leather jacket

Who wears a leather jacket (and nothing else) at the beach?
Bill Davidson, that's who.
