Boating

This is the best way to go boating.

Boating Day

Today we look at some men in, on, and around boats.

We start with a guy in a sailor cap who looks vaguely familiar.

Tony, Lee, and Joe

Buddies

I think these are army buddies from either WWII or Korea.

Fishing

I think this white haired hefty fellow is fishing.

Amateur Group

Not the greatest quality, but some of us enjoy amateur group shots.

Trim

For those of you who like men on the trim side.

July 1962

Bait buckets and two bubbas make this one from 1962 sort of classic.

Dad

Closing the boating series with a photo I found labeled "vintage dad."

Lakeside

The model is  unknown for this lakeside photo.

Rower

Here we see an appealing middle aged man in Levis rowing a boat.

Men in Boats Day

Today we look at men in boats.  Our first photo shows a man

poling a flat bottom boat through a marshy area.

Flattop

The flattop haircut makes me think 1950s,

but the boat looks newer than that.

Playgirl I

In the first of two Playgirl photos in today's series we see

Gene Burton, Playgirl's Discovery for August of 1974,

Looking

These three seem to have spotted something in the water.

This is supposed to be a 1980s Australian nudist, but I got it off a dodgy website,

so who knows?  In any case, I know at least one viewer who will like him

Hairy sailor

I had to include this fellow for the fur fanciers out there.

Fun crew

That looks like a fun crew.  Where do I sign up?

Playgirl II

Our second Playgirl photo of the day features John Corvello from February, 1975.
