Provocative

If the intent here was to be provocative, they succeeded.

Mike Morris Day

I'm indulging myself today with a full series on one of my alltime favorite models, Mike Morris.

I got to spend some time going through my entire collection selecting these ten photos.

We start with Mike leaning against what I think is a barn ladder.

Cover Men

Although he didn't get top billing, Mike Morris appeared on the cover

of this magazine with three other top Colt models.

Cowboy

Closing the set with one of those classic Colt cowboy shots.

Rock Wall

Glen Steers posed against a rock wall for Jim French of Colt.

Rick Wolfmier

This Colt photo of Rick Wolfmier was given a two page spread,

but I'm not sure if it was a centerfold or not.

Sam Dekker

Here we see Sam Dekker, who appears to be standing in a bedroom door.

John Pruitt

Jim French used exceptional lighting for this shot of John Pruitt.

Monte Crown

I only have one other photo of Monte Crown.

Grafton Burke

This is the only photo of Grafton Burke that I have,

but at least it's a very good one.

Tom Lombardy

I love the impish grin we get here from Tom Lombardy,

but I'm sure most of you are looking elsewhere.

Teddy Garr

When I started putting this series together, this was the only picture I had of Teddy Garr.

After a few searches, I have since remedied that situation.

Chadd Hazard

I stole this one of Chadd Hazard from fellow blogger bushnstache,

whom you can visit at https://bushnstache.blogspot.com/

Thanks!

Denny Lassiter

Here we have Denny Lassiter from 1971.

Kyle

This is Kyle Jessup, aka Kyle Hazard, by Colt Studio.

The red shag carpet screams 1970s.
