I think this item from a motorcycle themed photo shoot is a slide.

In the first of two AMG photos in today's series, we see Bill Cable reclining atop a motorcycle.  

If Bob Mizer didn't invent that motif, he certainly made good use of it on numerous occasions.

Biker Tex

For some reason, the publisher used this black and white image

to promote a color photo set of Tex as a biker.

Robert Giard shot Man on a Motorcycle in 1977.

The way the model is posed is somehow special.

 

Leather

The full beard seems to work really well with the leather here.

 

Nudists on Motorcycles

The theme of the day is nudists on motorcycles, and we start 

with a guy on a beach who appears at least once more in the series.

 

Suzuki

The guy in the middle looks like he's thinking about buying the Suzuki,

and the other two seem to be waiting for him to make up his mind.

 

Honda

I can't tell if this one is fending off the cameraman or waving at him.

 

Gathering

I don't know what they're doing, but they're all gathered around the motorcycle.

 

Clunky

 Why does the motorcycle look so clunky to me?

The men, on the other hand, look fine.

 

Beach Rider

Someone (not me this time) cropped a female out of this beach ride.

 

Scooter

The guy on the left looks like he's trying too hard to look muscular.  The fellow in the scooter is more to my liking, but we can't see as much of him.  The magazine got marked down.

 

Senior

Here we have a smoking senior on a low end motorbike.

 

Adjustment

We seem to be adjusting the windscreen here.

 

Dr. Oliver Sacks

Our last motorcyclist isn't nude, but he was an amazing man, both in terms of looks and accomplishments.  Google Dr. Oliver Sacks, and you'll see what I mean.

 

AMG

Bill Cable seems to be basking in this AMG motorcycle photo.

 

Not joking

No, this isn't a joke.  Although completely laughable by American outlaw biker standards of the 1970s, this sort of gear (or what little of it this guy has on) passed for tough guy status in Switzerland.

At some point I'll have to post someone in full regalia so you fully know what I mean.
