British Beef Week, Day 5 - Hoffman of Edinburgh
Ha! I bet y'all were expecting another pair of drawers with a Union Jack on them or a
British Beef logo. Well, today we head north of the border to my ancestral homeland and
favorite all time vacation spot, Scotland. The bovine on the undies above is an example of the
iconic Highland Cow. (That's Heilan coo in Scots, or Bò Ghà idhealach in Gaelic.) Our
photographer of the day went by the unlikely name of Hoffman, and I started out with a very
limited collection of his work. I had a computer crash while I was organizing these, so if you
provided one of today's photos and didn't get credited, please let me know, and I will do so here.
Tim
I posted another photo of Tim Bonnar in an earlier series knowing neither his name nor that
the picture was by Hoffman of Edinburgh. The source on this one mislabeled it as English.
Yikes! That could get you in trouble in a lot of places in Scotland.
Borrowed from Bob's
I swiped this great photo of an unknown Hoffman model from Bob's Naked Guys. Hopefully,
someone will let us know who he is. If you haven't already, check out Bob's blog at:
https://bobsnakedguys.blogspot.com/ Thanks, Bob!
Donald via Bryan B.
Bryan B. provided our last Hoffman of Edinburgh photo of the day. It's easy to see why
Donald Monk here would be under contract. Monk the hunk! Sorry, I couldn't resist that.
And thanks Bryan, for this and the others you sent.

Jim
The pose Hoffman used here for Jim Little was borrowed
from WWII pinup girls, but it works. The lighting is decent, too.
