Although the river in these photos seems shallow, the men

 did some of their fishing from an inflatable boat.

Yesterday it was the forest, and today it's fishermen, starting with two 

handsome looking African-American men with a nice rod and reel.

 

Hairy chested fisherman

While I won't complain about the nice hairy chest and belly here,

it would have been nice to get a better view of his face.

A fellow with a very fine derriere is making his cast here.

 

1951

All I know about this one is that it came from an album dated 1951.

I feel safe saying that we have a father and his two sons.

 

Fishing in wartime

Mr. Scumbeast said this guy went out with a big rod,

but it is actually a pole, technically speaking.

 

Acadia 1937

 

This guy took his canoe out fishing in Acadia National Park in 1937.

Peekaboo

We get a peekaboo from a guy fishing with a stick and some old string.

 

Weigh-in

Our smiling fisherman seems to be happy with the weight of his catch.

Maybe it was one of those fishing rodeos where they compete.

 

Grabby

The guy behind the subject here is getting grabby,

but he's not going for the fish or the other large object.

Something seems off about the fishing gear in our last picture,

but I can find no fault whatsoever with the man.

Our subject is an Australian fisherman who is quite pleased with his catch.

My handsome neighbor is a commercial fisherman who generously shares his catch with me on a regular basis, including today.  So he inspired today's fishing theme.
