Tex Murdock

I usually give Tex Murdock his own series,
but I decided to include this derriere shot here.

Tex Murdock Day

I never get tired of looking at Tex Murdock, so we will have another series of his work today.
I have a few photos where Mr. Murdock was obviously oiled, and this one may have been
intended to look like sweat.  Either way, it's a fine color photo of a great model.

Tan lines

The tan lines here are among the most distinct that  you'll see on Tex Murdock.

In the pool

Here we see Mr. Murdock doing a bit of skinny dipping.
Based on his very faint tan lines, I'd say he did most of his swimming that way.

Outdoor shower

Outdoor showers are fun.  I have one at my home.

Up against the wall

There's a rosy tint to this onw, but I like it.

Biker Tex

For some reason, the publisher used this black and white image
to promote a color photo set of Tex as a biker.

Cover Man

Although this was a studio publication and not a mass circulation magazine, Tex made
a fine cover man, even with his crotch mostly covered.  He did appear on the fronts
of several major gay publications, and I'll post some of those in future series.

Smirk

We get a teasing smirk in this shot.

Poolside

This is one of those poses used in baby pictures in the 1940s and 50s
with the intention of embarrassing baby boomers later in life.

Cowboy Tex

Tex Murdock freely admitted to his nickname being made up and even publicly said he'd never been south of Connecticut before he started modeling.  Despite all that, he did a very effective job at portraying a cowboy, and I would know.  Talent and good looks will do that.

Tex Murdock Day

All Tex . . . all color . . . all beef . . .

                          . . . and not a speck of cereal.

Tex Murdock gets another day today, and this time it's all color.

Leather

The full beard seems to work really well with the leather here.

Nice pose

I really like both the pose and the setting here.  Also, while I usually prefer
Mr. Murdock with facial hair, I have no problem with its absence this time.

Youthful

Tex looks younger than most of his photos in this one.

Nice Smile

We get a nice smile in this one.

Western

This is from a group of western themed photos of Tex Murdock that I found on line.
Despite his nickname, he admitted to never having been south of Connecticut before
he began modeling.  We'll see him with his horse from this photo shoot later today.

Serious

I don't know what he's doing here, but he looks serious.

Bath house

I read somewhere that this picture was from a photo shoot at the Club Baths in Miami.

Equine rump

Our hero is brushing his horse's rump in this G-rated shot.
