Don Silvas and Andrew Marke
Our only Kover duo of the day is Don Silvas (left) and Andrew Marke.
Kover seems to have invested in the baby oil industry. So many of their males are drenched with it. That was par for the course in those days, wasn't it?
Beaux hommes Silvas et Marke, très désirables. Such contraste and an excellent pose, like a pair of art déco bookends I have of naked men on my shelf :)

ReplyDeleteThe use of oil came from competitive bodybuilding, and Mr. Kovert, although far from the only photographer to use it, took it farther than most.
