Two cameras
This skinny late middle aged nudist has two cameras and a set of prodigious low hangers.
The tag, was probably the Naturist Press ID. So people knew he wasn't going to take penis/breast pics without asking. However, many 12 and up teens were depicted (not sexually.) Polarising the nude is bad/nude is good. Crowds.
Makes me wonder what he was photographing with two nice cameras in the nice.

I think this was at a nudist camp where they allowed photography under strict rules.
