These two look like late 60s physique models or perhaps a pair of Wyngate and Bevins "nudists."
In any case, Mr. Scumbeast found them worthy of including in his beach collection.
The photographer caught these two off guard - unless it is a still from a nudism movie. I like the spontaneity.
