Middle
This 1922 photo was labeled "right down the middle." When I asked Ken if he was referring to the part in the model's hair or to the package in the middle of the picture, he said, "Take your pick."
Misspoke,... it's River Tiber and River NILE.... Replicas can be seen in the Sarasota FL Ringling Museum of Art [Original statuary is in Louvre, with oak leaf patch. Sarasota pair have no patch.]
Handsome set of male gear...Do you think the light is a bit garish?

DeleteThe "pose" is one half of the pair of statues called THE RIVER TIBER, and THE RIVER ARNO (with the head at the other end.
