William Smith
Ken had an interesting collection of very early mug shots. This fellow is William Smith, a thief caught in Newcastle in 1873. Mr. Scumbeast added to that description William asking,
"Can I get one for me mum? She'd love a photograph of me."
I collected a few of those. And again, those captions always gave me a chuckle.
ReplyDeleteI have posted photos the he gave me that never appeared on Ipernity. His collection was so vast that they simply could not have handled the volume.
