The 1930s
Our theme this time is the 1930s, and we start with a fellow holding a short staff.
My source says that the photo is of that decade, but provided on other information.
Stunning image. The photography makes him look almost like metal . Maybe the intent was to make him look like a bronze sculpture. Lovely skin everywhere!

It might just be the lighting or age, but he looks like he has been sprayed with something.,especially his face and hair.
