Merry Christmas

Ho, ho, ho!  It's Christmas Eve, and I've got some goodies for y'all.

Wishing each and every one of you the

best of the Holiday Season!

We can just barely see the Christmas tree in the AMG photo of Johnny Stumps.  I used a derriere shot from the same session in last year's Christmas series.  Click the label to see it.

This nice color shot is from a series of about six that Bob Mizer of AMG did with these models.
You'll have to wait til next year to see more.
Edited to add:  As per James IV in the comments this Curt Ryan and Danny Durnell
in the '74 AMG film "Curt's Xmas Sailor."

This undated magazine page is from In Touch for Men, so it might be beyond my 1975 vintage cut-off,  but what the hell, it's Christmas, and I can post it if I want to.

I don't know why this model looks so unhappy.
He's already been gifted in at least one important way.

The well-oiled AMG model seems ready for just about anything,
but I don't get the guy in pajamas with a sailor cap.

Leftovers and strays that shouldn't have been

I have temporary holding files for sets I'm considering, and I sometimes put more in there than I can use.  So today, I'm cleaning out some of those old folders with some pictures I now think need to be posted.  We start with a young man in the tall grass.

Shafter by Sierra Domino Studio is the only known quantity among today's posts.
Can you believe that I had so many great photos of this man that I left this one out?

I have a feeling that these guys are from a 1970-ish Wyngate and Bevins nudie magazine.

I think this stray is a leftover from a nudist series I did on my old tumblr.

I've always liked this photo of a pensive looking bearded guy,
and I don't know a thing about it.

At Home with Western Photography Guild, Part 2 - Almost Nudes

We start the G rated portion of our WPG double feature
with Billy Joe Carr at a classic mid-century dinette.

Eddie Williams is frying something in this Western Photography Guild picture.

Don Whitman seems to have photographed Carter Lovisone pretending to wake up.

Paul Labriola seems to be mixing a drink on top of some sort of appliance.
Washing machine.  Odd little scene.

I find it odd that Don Whitman's original catalog number is visible on this photo, but the model is unknown.  (He looks like Paul Labriola to me, btw.)  WPG's archive is one of the best documented, and Whitman's family has preserved it.

At Home with WPG Models, Part 1 - Domestic Nudes

Don Whitman of Western Photography Guild did a series of photo shoots with some of his favorite models called "At Home."  As the title indicates, these were often nude domestic scenes.  Mr. Whitman kept very good records and had an detailed cataloging system, so we know a very high proportion of his models' names.  This is Terry Redpath at the kitchen sink.
Christopher Coe seems to be looking for an expected friend to arrive in this photo
from one of two separate "At Home" sets he did with WPG.
Marc Arno posed for Don Whitman in a number of settings, indoor and out,
but I had to use this great derriere shot for today's Bum Brigade offering.
