Weak color
The color is weak in this group shot, but at least it isn't orange. It looks like a porn film promo, and I don't know who the other two guys are. Hopefully, someone will inform us in the comments.
Wade as Dennis Parker went on to have a pretty successful acting career on the soap Edge Of Night as well as a singer with a top 10 disco hit. All his cast mates knew of his other "career" but were fine with it. Kind of nice to know.
I think there has always been tolerance going back to Joan Crawford's support of Billy Haines and his partner. It is usually the norm for Democrats, Republicans don't like anyone that's different. They prove that time and again.
The man on the left looks like Wade Nichols.
