William McTaggart III
I'm not sure if our third William McTaggart piece is a study or an academic work.
McTaggart did exhibit at the Royal Scottish Academy as a student. Best known for his landscapes and seascapes of Scotland in an Impressionist style. McTaggart was known as the Impressionist of Scotland. The Best of Scotland 🏴
The color combination is pleasant.
