With Bill Holland
I included this photo of Andy Kozak with Bill Holland
mainly because there are so few derriere shots of Mr. K.
Mr. Holland seems to be strapped, but Andy doesn't seem to be. Interesting.

Deleteguess they felt the strap was unnecessary, but just for this shot.
