Name That Photographer, Part 2 - Lesser Knowns

For part two, we have some lesser known models, beginning with Tom Crabbe.  The only attributed photo I have of him is supposed to be by Dick Falcon, but this doe not look like a Falcon photo.  The wheel looks like one that Pat Milo used, but Russ Warner, Bruce, and others also used wheels.
