Mystery
Here's one of those GPL photos with an air of mystery and some great lighting.
He was quite good when it came to both of those factors.
Great chiaroscuro lighting effect. Wonder if Platt Lynes influenced the great physique photographers of the post war era like Juleff or if they influenced Platt Lynes….:)
Another amazing series, Jerry! I love this photo not so much for the model's fabulous buttocks, but for the extraordinary lighting!!!!

One of my favourite photos by Lynes. Perfect description Jerry, "an air of mystery". The lighting on this is exquisite.
